If your Electronic Automatic Temperature Control (EATC) unit only blows hot air from the defrost, or you get clicking from behind the dash, you may have a broken Blend Door Actuator. This is the Ford module that controls the temperature of the air coming from your heat and A/C. Since this is a wear part, you may also think about replacing it when you have the dash removed while installing a heater core.
Unfortunately, these parts are now obsolete and extremely hard to find. Fortunately for you, SHO Source found a couple to keep your SHO on the road.
These are brand new units, in an original Ford package.
Installation of a Blend Door Actuator requires removal of the dashboard and has a difficulty of 7 out of 10.
We currently have limited quntities of all years for the BDa's. 89, 90-91, and 92-95.
